  1. Whether you’re a tent or RV camper, this are the grounds for you! No matter what side you’re on, the sites are great. You won’t feel too close to your neighbors in RVs if you’re in a tent and if you’re in an RV you won’t feel like you’re squashing your neighbors in tents. It’s easy to get to and one short drive away from downtown Lincoln. We can’t wait to come back!

  2. The owner is very friendly! The camp sites are well taken care of, with easy paths to the clean bathrooms and plenty of space to set up a modest camp. We camped on site 7 by the fishing pond, and despite being worried about bugs, even with recent rain activity the mosquitoes were minimal and even the lights failed to attract many visitors. There is fire wood and ice available at the front office, and lots of other fire wood available nearby for sale by locals. The view over the pond to the mountains is beautiful. There is also a large open area where kids can run and play football or other sports, as well as a shallow, rocky river where we saw families swimming. Some camp sites sit right against the river for easy access. All in all a cozy place to spend a weekend or more.

  3. The owner is great, and the people are pretty great too. The bathrooms are clean (as are the showers). There is a great atmosphere here (mostly because of the beautiful location), and I highly recommend it all. Whether you are camping with a tent setup, or through an RV, there are great sites here that will surely not dissapoint you.

  4. First time at this campground and we were not let down! Very clean, especially the bathrooms, friendly staff (I believe the owners do the majority of the work) quiet area. We got a brook side site and only heard the occasional motorcycle, nothing else except the peaceful water and wildlife. I would definitely come back here again and would totally recommend it.

  5. Great camping with facilities, friendly owners, convenient to get to. Only thing is I don’t like the highway noise.. really only an issue at night
