  1. Came here for dinner, highlight was the menu which lit up when opened… food was good, but felt like a restaurant trying to be ‘fine dining’ but not really knowing what that means. Regardless, good food, good service. Go to Thompson House Eatery round the corner if you want really good food…

  2. An authentic, classic, independent Inn that exceeds the finest hotels for value. It is perfect for a few days and definitely worth the twenty minute extra drive from the congestion of North Conway. The menus for breakfast and dinner offer excellent fare and the chef is out of this world. You have a historic, resort Inn experience from 1919 in 2019. We’re coming back in the future from Maryland just to stay here.

  3. Visited for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Inn is beautiful and even a little quirky. The wedding was held in the lobby and they did a great job of assisting and setting up. You can’t go wrong here!

  4. We had such a wonderful time. It was our first stay here. The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful. We also enjoyed drinks at the piano bar. We will be back for sure.

  5. This country inn exceeded my expectations and I have stayed at the best of hotels. Our room was basic but had everything needed for comfort including a make-up mirror, which is a deal breaker for me, and was not expected. A claw foot tub was just the right touch. Breakfast was included with a full menu. It was delicious and the service was all around great. Looking forward to dinner tonight in the dining room. I’m sure it will be wonderful. If you stay in North Conway don’t overlook this place. Country at its best. Back to my drink. A blackberry lime Cosmo. Try it.
