  1. Could be a nice place with some effort. From the website, you would think this place was pretty nice, with a pool, and a restaurant, well the pool is farmed out to a local swim club for the most convenient times, the restaurant opens at 4pm, for ice you have to take your room ice bucket, and cross the ice covered road, and go to the kitchen (when open)
If you would like anything when they are closed, drive five miles to a gas station for a soda. They could tell you on the site that is is rustic, with limited amenities, but they complete misrepresent themselves.

  2. We stayed here last year for my birthday and here we are again this year. we will be coming back every year we visit NH. I truly feel like I’m in a cabin in the woods. Yet theres a Dunkin Donuts with good service less than half a mile from here if you like your coffee. Which also brings you out to the main road where a few miles ahead is the unique and friendly town of North Conway. If you aren’t sure where to stay when visiting NH, you won’t be disappointed here. The staff here are so welcoming and you feel like a friend in their home. I am happy here always

  3. We stop in here for sandwiches and supplies every time we are headed into the White Mountain National Forest. The sandwiches are made fresh and they are very good quality. They do sell pizza by the slice or whole pizza. They carry ice, beer, wine, chips beverages and all the basics that a convenience store should have.

  4. We stayed in the adult only lodge. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was great! Nice continental breakfast served in the morning at the main inn – definitely try the granola! It’s delicious!

  5. Great place to spend a week or a few days. Bring your pet. If you book early. Limited pet friendly accomadations.πŸ•πŸΆβ˜˜β€πŸ˜ŽπŸŽ£πŸ€ͺ
