  1. Very clean and well managed KOA. Grounds very well kept and the boss lady runs a tight ship. Fantastic value compared to most KOA’s we have stayed at on this 2 week RV trip. We stayed on the spots along the river and it was great (water and electric only along the river – full hookups also available). Don’t miss this KOA if you are in the White Mountains / Franconia Notch area.

  2. The owner Jane is a wonderful ladie! We didn’t have reservations and needed a seasonal sight and she made it happen. It’s clean and inviting place to stay and rates are lower than any other campground in the area!!

  3. Owners were very nice but failed to mention detail about our RV site by the river sharing electric with the tent site (all tent sites are listed online as no hookup) next to us. We thought the tent site was being rude and ripping off our electric, we didnt want to cause an uncomfortable situation so we let it go for 2 days until our electric started to go off and on due to the tent site pulling so much electric. We finally brought it up to the owners and we were told that the tent site is allowed access to our sites electric. We would have booked a tent site if it had electric rather than an RV site since we have a small van.

  4. Nice location. Cabins were kind of close together and right up front, but cozy. If they were oriented a little differently it wouldn’t be as cramped together. The river running by is pleasant and some cabins have great views facing it. Conveniently close to Walmart and many restaurants. Pool is nice, camp store has a nice communal area with a pool table. Laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced. Bathrooms were nice and remodeled and shower area was clean with enough space to move around. We would definitely return.

  5. The grounds were grassy and sites were spacious. Our tent site was right on/overlooking the river which was peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely stay again! Littleton was a surprisingly cool little town and not too far from the location. The only negative was we stayed there while doing some of the 4000 footer hikes and it was a bit out of the way. Otherwise, it was wonderful!
